I can't even believe how great and honest this staff is. Seriously, they 100% take care of their customers. They fixed my Jeep the same day and were amazing. I had taken my Jeep up the road to a different shop and they tried to completely scam me. The manager happened to stop me outside because I was crying and told me to bring it down to them. They handled it amazing and gave me over half the price I would have paid with the other company

This is the best Automotive place in Las Vegas. These mechanics are honest and have integrity. I was overwhelmed with the kindness and attention that was given to me in my car. After a missed diagnosis done in my car I was refunded the entire amount I paid at another shop. I am happy to find a place I can trust with my car.

Great service, honest workers, and you get free ice cream and snacks in the waiting room! A big shout out to JOSE for being truly the best :)Although we didn't get any work done on our car because sincerely it was not worth rebuilding, Jose took the time to explain in detail the options we had. Smogs are always quick and easy and there are never any hidden fees in the work they do. Thank you!

I always bring my vehicles here. They have an amazing staff here. Wen is so polite and always has a calm demeanor. He explains everything to you and makes sure you’re on the same page. Mike is an awesome mechanic who really goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy. He's sincere and cares about his work. It's so hard to find good people these days, so I'm very happy to have found Busy Boots. Besides, they have all sorts of snacks and drinks and a charging station for your phone, and Mike had just baked fresh cookies I couldn't help taking a few of. Wonderful experience every time!!

Been here for my last 3 car services; all the workers here are extremely friendly and they all really know what they're doing. They are completely honest and make sure you understand everything that they're about to do in your car, so there's never a confusion with the prices you pay. The lobby is nice and clean and they also provide drinks and a small snack while you wait. Every time I came, I never felt like I waited too long. They're getting busier now so just make sure you call beforehand. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a regular car shop to try this place out!
